USAT SPECIAL QUALIFIER = South Beach! | 
A special qualifier like no other! You want an event to remember? This will be it, we will along with the city of South Haven, Michigan roll out the red carpet for you and your family.
This even features the unique finish on the beach. The city will be ready, we will be ready, the question is, will you? One of four "special qualifiers" awarded in the U.S. Make sure you do "get ready" to qualify for nationals. Register before the new year and save $10.

This and Team 3D is probably the most requested programs in our 12 years of being in business. This was Kenny's background before starting 3 Disciplines coaching over 700 athletes, but you can't host and time 60 plus events a year and coach. There just is not enough time in the day.
Now we have some highly qualified, certified, passionate coach's on board to offer this program.
The bottom line is TIME! How much can you TRULY devote to training? So that must be the common denominator when developing an athletes training regimen to do one thing and one thing only, to produce RESULTS to reach Goals. This is what 3 D Coaching will provide, not a generalized program you can find google searching the internet. We are passionate about what we do, therefore your success reaching a goal is our reward! Your smile when saying "I did it" is our fuel to provide the tools you need to be the best you can be.

 Many of you now know about our sponsored athlete program. It is just our way to give back a little more, make some dreams come true and help out some deserving athletes that we feel will best represent our brand and sport the purple camo. Choosing the final 10 is one of the most difficult decisions Annmarie and I make since starting 3 Disciplines. We are not necessarily looking for the fastest athlete. We are looking for the 10 athletes that are truly passionate, outgoing, and inspired about being healthy and fit. Someone who will be racing a lot all over, in all types of events. But most importantly someone who will represent and promote our events to the masses in the most professional manner possible.

The number one request on Facebook was a multi-race discount. We have eliminated the "series" discount, making a multi-race discount for all our owned events excluding the duathlons, ACT & TRI.
The reason for this was simple, in 5 years only about 20 athletes took advantage of the series deal. So this way everyone can take advantage of a discount for registering for multiple events.
The Deal: For every 3 races you register for you will receive a code for $15 off your next race.
The Fine Print: Valid only for 2012, can only be used for the athlete registered, non transferable, only for 3 D owned events, no limit on number of codes. Not stackable, you may only use one coupon per event.

Formula 1 Racing coming at ya!
We were the first to do it in 2001 in Arizona. Maybe a little ahead of its time. So if you think you are fast, if you think you can race with the best of them, this is for you. Best of the best racing head to head in ITU draft legal format. It is as much about speed and talent as it is about race strategy. Registration is open for the first 100 male and female athletes. Top 25 in each race in the championship 90 minutes later.
