Spring is almost here and to celebrate we have a new calibration special to offer you in this issue of our newsletter. Also featured is a new anemometer preview, and a product spotlight on the new multi-gas IAQ survey tool.

PRODUCT FEATURE: IAQ SURVEY TOOL
 This new handheld multi-gas sensor displays temperature and humidity as well as 3 gases (CO2, CO and VOC). The unit comes complete with built-in data logging, PC software, and Li-ion battery operation. Sensor heads and the temperature/RH probe are designed to be interchangeable allowing easy replacement in the field without recalibrating the main unit. Other sensor head options for various gases will be released in the future.

PRODUCT PREVIEW: UPDATED ANEMOMETERS
There was a lot of interest at our AHR and IAQA booths regarding our updated anemometers so here is a recap of the article from last month.
The new ClimomasterTM, our top-of-the-line hotwire anemometer still offers it's unparalled +/- 2% accuracy. The new model offers increased data storage capacity, backlit LCD display, slick metallic silver design, USB interface, and an expanded 10 probe line-up featuring: new high velocity probes
(up to 50m/s air velocity measurement), high temperature probe (high temperature measurement capable probe), and miniature probe for various applications.
 The new AnemomasterTM line is a metallic dark blue that matches our corporate colors. For 2012 we're splitting the line into Professional and Standard versions. The Professional version offers increased data storage capacity, and a USB interface. The Standard version is a leaner, cheaper version designed for customers on a budget. Both versions feature backlit LCD screens, new articulating probes with enhanced durability and a hands-free carrying case that allows easy user operation.
 Our model A004 has been redesigned as the Anemomaster LITE and will come with a carrying case. This model will also be in our corporate dark blue color.
We anticipate the new anemometers being available some time in April.

KANOMAX IS ATTENDING THE 2012 NEBB CONFERENCE
We'll be attending the annual NEBB Conference from April 26th through the 28th in Anaheim, CA. This is a great event for HVAC Contractors and Testing and Balancing Professionals. There will be many vendors exhibiting their products as well as several training sessions for visitors to attend. We're excited to have this opportunity to demonstrate the features of our new upgraded anemometer lines and capture hood. We're also looking forward to seeing what innovations others in the industry have made. We hope to see you there. |
