The screening only takes about 20 minutes per person and is non-fasting.

IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

 

Registration will open up on Thursday, October 13th. 
 
On the morning of the 13th, you will receive another email with instructions on how your employees can register for their FREE biometric screening. You must then pass along the registration information along to your employees as employees must register themselves either online or by telephone. 
 
Time-slots will be in 10-minute increments starting at 7am and ending at 4pm. Once we open up registration next Thursday, October 13th, we anticipate space to fill up very quickly as registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis! 
 
This email is only intended to notify you of the event so you can work out the details on how your employees will be able to participate before the registration email is sent on October 13th.
