City of Kyle Visioning Survey 
The City of Kyle is conducting a community survey based on the results of the visioning process to better gauge the community's feelings in regards to investing in infrastructure and other needs. The results of this survey will be considered by the council when they are deciding what to include in the bond package. You can find the survey here.
ACC Hays Campus 100% CD Bid - Invitation to Bid
Flintco is requesting Bids based on 100% Construction Document drawings for the ACC Hays Campus Academic Building. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, August 2nd at 3:00 pm. Small Firms Seek Skilled Workers but Can't Find Any
It isn't the just big manufacturers, oil companies and railroad operators that are struggling to hire skilled workers.
The "Help Wanted" sign is also a regular fixture at small firms such as Group One Safety & Security in Stuart, Fla., despite the high national unemployment rate, which was 8.2% in June. Read more .
