This week we are excited to feature Bruce King, Realtor as our Member Monday! Bruce is a beloved figurehead for the cities of Kyle/Buda, dressing up as Santa each year for various events around our community. He is also a successful, licensed realtor with Keller Williams Realty, and was excited about being featured this week through our Chamber. We posed the question, "What value do you find in being a member of the Chamber?"
"The Kyle Chamber has benefited me in more ways than I can put in two sentences! I have found a room full of new friends over the years that are using me for their Real Estate needs. The Kyle Chamber has been one of the most rock solid investments I have made for my real estate business. My gift of being Santa has also very much thrived through referrals and friends I have made at the Chamber BASHes!!
Being with Keller Williams Realty, the "TOP" Real Estate firm in Texas puts marketing your home in the #1 spot where people shop for homes!! And "TOP" in sales means we have much more selection to choose from! So call me and have "SANTA" help you sell or buy your home!!"

Small-business owners not prepared for retirement, study shows
Even though the majority of small-business owners are concerned about their financial security in retirement, many have not estimated how much they will need, according to new research from The American College. Unlike other workers, small-business owners are responsible for funding their own retirement, yet planning and saving for that time is not occurring among those surveyed by The American College. The study was based on interviews with 1,255 small-business owners-835 women and 420 men. Read more.
