Kyle-San Marcos Chamber Luncheon
|
The award-winning Kyle Chamber of Commerce hosted the Kyle-San Marcos Chamber Monthly Luncheon on August 23, 2011. The event was held at Hays CISD Performing Arts Center from 11:30am to 1:00pm. After time for networking, the audience was guided into the presentation center where a full box lunch provided by Texas Pie Company awaited them. The special guest speaker of the event was Greg Hartman of Seton Healthcare Family. Hartman is the current Ministry President, and is responsible for Seton Medical Center Austin and University Medical Center Brackenridge, as well as all government relations, communications and marketing for the entire Seton Family.
The event was sold out and participants had the opportunity to listen to an informative presentation on the newest developments of Seton Healthcare Family. Seton Healthcare Family has a strong new relationship with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School that promises to alleviate local doctor shortages, foster more medical research, attract new biotech and related investments, and create more jobs.
Greg Hartman's presentation gave attendees useful insight to the future of Seton Healthcare Family and helped to create an understanding of what Seton's new developments could mean for the surrounding area.
