Xtreme Power was ranked No. 1 on the Austin Business Journal's annual listing of venture capital receivers.

The list, which appears exclusively in the June 10 print edition on page A17, is ranked by total dollar amount received in 2010. Xtreme Power received a total $47.5 million last year. Calxeda Inc. came in second with $17.7 million, followed by SolarBridge Technologies with $16.5 million.

Elite BodyWorks is taking registrations for it's group fitness classes that start on Monday, June 20th. Classes include Zumba, Yoga, Core and More, and FitKids classes for kids ages 3-17. Plus, we are now accepting personal training clients and FitCampers.

Roel is the son of Victoria Vargas, Admin Assistant for the City of Kyle's Economic Development Office. Also lined up for the days events is a 5k. To register for the 5k or for more information, email
