Students Invite You To Learn About Leadership
The public is invited to the second annual Carey Leadership Day next Friday, April 27th. After attending last year's Leadership Day in Carey, Blaine County School Board member Kathryn Graves said, "I loved how the Carey Leadership Day was facilitated by the Carey student leaders and involved so many kids from different age groups."
"A highlight for me was seeing the students share their data notebooks," said Idaho State Representative Wendy Jaquet after last year's Carey Leadership Day. "I was also impressed with how the children "owned" their data. That can only be positive for school excellence. They were so proud of the bar graphs they had produced. They articulated their academic goals, and clearly explained how they were reaching them." Click here for more information
