Finish Sample Approval Required at the Time of Order
Due to the expedient nature of Eggers Online, it is essential that you already have your finish approval when you enter your order into Eggers Online. Unfortunately, choosing one of our standard finish colors, such as "Fruitwood", is not sufficient. Eggers always requires an approved sample at the time of order, even when one of our standard finish colors is chosen.
Please contact Luke Dobberstein, our Sample Coordinator, to order samples for any order you are looking to place online.

SAVE, SAVE and SAVE Again...
 While you are working on quotes or orders in Eggers Online, please make sure you are saving your work regularly just in case your computer, the internet or Eggers Online would happen to run into problems. You will be able to access your work by Quote ID or Order ID and then recover and validate your line items. We always desire for your experience to be as convenient as possible and never want you to lose your work.
Remember also...
If you are working on an order over a few days when you re-enter your order and add another line item using the Rapid Item Family Entry - the choices are no longer there and will have to be re-entered.

A Few Things to Remember with Using Eggers Online (EOL)
EOL Runs Best with Internet Explorer 7
- If you are using IE 8 or 9, go to Tools and click on Compatability View Settings
Set your Pop-up Blocker To Always Allow Pop-Ups from Eggers Online
- This is also found under the Tools menu.
Always Make a note of your Quote or Order Number
- Eggers Online will back-up your information if your computer would lock-up or the system would go down for any reason. The information is not stored under the project name but the number instead.
- If you are exited from Eggers Online abrubtly for any reason, you can find your quote/order by searching with the number.
- You will then have to recover and validate the lines you have completed.
