How to submit an announcement for the weekly. Please email submissions for the Weekly to [email protected] by Thursday at noon. The Weekly goes out Mondays around noon. Events are announced in the Happenings email on Thursdays around noon. Please use the event Publicity form to submit info for the Happenings.

Flu Clinic and Introducing our new Social Worker

SHS is offering flu clinics on September 22 and October 6th. The October clinic will be in the Clara Foltz Lounge in the Tower building. For information about seasonal flu and how to prevent it, go to the CDC website.

Payroll Deadlines

New appointment, extension of appointment, and other miscellaneous changes affecting September Payroll must be submitted to Human Resources by September 27, 2011.

 

September timesheets must be submitted to Fiscal Services, Room 111, 198 McAllister Street, by Friday, September 30, 2011. Payday is Friday, October 7, 2011. For questions regarding Payroll, contact Patricia Finkbiner via email [email protected] or call 415 565-4811.

First Legal Clinic of the Year! Come help HLS serve some of San Francisco's most vulnerable citizens with legal issues and earn pro bono hours!  We will meet on the Beach at 4:40 p.m. and walk as a group over to the St. Vincent de Paul Shelter.

Hastings twelfth recipient of The Rutter Award for Teaching Excellence is Professor Kate Bloch.
