IMPACT Award Applications
NOW Being Accepted!
In case you're not
familiar with the IMPACTAwards, we'd like to share a little history with you: The IMPACT Awards were created to recognize North Texas start-up companies that are bringing innovative technologies to market that will impact our world.
So much of an entrepreneur's energies and attention are focused on raising capital and determining ROI, it's easy to overlook the IMPACT that these technologies will have on our communities, our health and our environment. This event is designed to showcase these companies, and to give them a venue to talk about the REAL reason they started.
Applications will be accepted until February 27, 2012. All applications will be reviewed, and 24 presenters will be chosen to deliver their presentations at one of three "Pitch Days" in either the Health, Community or Environment Category.
Environment: March 27 - UNT Campus (Denton)
Community: March 29 - Sabre Campus (Southlake)
Health: April 3 - UNT Health Science Center (Fort Worth)
The 4th Annual TECH Fort Worth IMPACT Award Luncheon will held on May 23, 2012 on the TCU Campus. Be sure to save the date! For sponsorship and ticket information, contact Sarah Zink.

Program Updates
"Because technology doesn't
commercialize itself."
TECH Fort Worth programs are designed to reach technology entrepreneurs at every stage: from concept to market.
Our programs allow emerging entrepreneurs to benefit from the wisdom of other startups and veteran companies by co-existing -- in the same office or through the same TECH Fort Worth program -- with other startups.
Our clients participate in affordable, hands-on mentoring and coaching targeted at meeting them where they are, answering their questions, working through their challenges, and helping them make their vision a reality. (which means getting their product or service to market, because "technology doesn't commercialize itself."
If you, or someone you know, is a candidate for our programs, please contact Brent Sorrells, Director of Programs, at 817-984-9841 or email him.
