New Year, New Blog Focus

I am changing the focus of my blog. The focus is now on how to transition to Wealth Advisory Fees.
The financial advisor industry has now entered the third stage, charging wealth advisory fees in addition to AUM and/or commissions. This transition is almost more difficult than the switch from commissions to AUM.
It is about being paid for shadow work, differentiating your service offering, systematizing your business practices and institutionalizing your business. The time has come, technology and well executed business practices combine to make your business profitable again.
