You are invited to attend Play Blue In Motion, a Community Day of Fitness and Fun for all ages, on Sunday, April 15 from 1-4 p.m. at Kenston High School.  Come celebrate fitness and its positive impact on academic performance.  The event will feature:

  • 1996 Olympic Gold Medal Gymnast, Dominique Moceanu
  • mini-sports clinics
  • fitness equipment to test and demo
  • recipes
  • free smoothie samples
  • healthy snacks
  • games
  • Professional Nutrition Instructor, Carrie Rodstrom 
  • giveaways and raffle prizes.

Get Ready! Get Set! Play Blue!
Play Blue In Motion is a hands-on event with activities for all ages.  Fill out the waiver before you arrive so you don't have to wait in line to register.  It also enters you in drawings for the raffle prizes.

Appetizer or dessert recipes from the first Kenston Student Cook Off

will be included in a Cook Blue cookbook.  The recipes include three of the following ingredients: applesauce, avocado, beets, butternut squash, coconut oil, cottage cheese, dark chocolate, edamame, ginger root, kale, mango, plain Greek yogurt, rolled oats, quinoa and tofu. This fundraiser will benefit Play Blue. The cost is $10.
