Dare to Dream
Kenston Intermediate School, fifth graders completed the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program. Free Apps - BMI Calculators
Body Mass Index is a reliable indicator of total body fat, which is related to the risk of disease. BMI calculators are a useful tool to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems. Students in Kindergarten, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th grade are screened as part of the PEP grants. In February, the results will be sent home to the parents of students who participated in the screening.
