 Greetings!

Well it was looking like spring and now spring with snow!  Hope you are all enjoying the last days of winter with the beautiful new snow.  It is time to start planning our your organic gardens.  We are busy planning new programs to help you in your journey toward optimal health.  I want to announce an upcoming event in July.  It is a fabulous Yoga Retreat in a beautiful vacation home at Lake Wenatchee.  This first retreat will feature Julia Tindall.  Julia has written 2 books and created a number of CD's.  She plans yoga retreast all over the world--so is experienced in providing a relaxing, renewing environment.  We hope you will join us!
