Enhancing the Value of Aggregate Properties

The Great Recession has significantly impacted construction activity and the economic outlook for the aggregates industry may seem grim as new home sales and overall construction have come to a virtual standstill. While economic indicators are showing signs of improvement, experts have concluded we will have a "slow growth" recovery. With the Great Recession resulting in a 60% decline in construction aggregate production from the highs of 2006, the slow recovery means it could take years before the industry fully recovers.
