Our sincerest gratitude to the Dwight Stuart Youth Fund for their recent $30,000 grant to support of BookEnds.  

  

We are proud to announce that the Marcled Foundation, a long time supporter of BookEnds, provided a $10,000 challenge grant to BookEnds board of directors. Our board members responded and exceeded the challenge by providing an additional $13,000 of vital general operating support to BookEnds. Great teamwork! 
 BookEnds can win a BookMobile with your help! Vote for us on July 24th in the Toyota 100 Cars for Good contest and help us get more books to more kids!

BookEnds is pleased to be a part of the LAUSD & Target Early Literacy Academies partnership.  The goal is to provide vital support for children by the age of nine to master literacy skills.  BookEnds will proudly provide 10,000 books to 6 LAUSD schools to help them meet their goals.

BookEnds student volunteers organize book drives in their schools to recycle their quality children's books directly into the hands of kids in schools and youth organizations in desperate need of books. Through this process, BookEnds creates readers and leaders.
