BookEnds Brentwood Community BookDrive
BookEnds is excited to launch our first community bookdrive in your neighborhood! Our goal is to collect 10,000 children's books to flood the classrooms of Los Angeles schools in desperate need of books. We are working with your area retailers, homeowners associations and schools but we could really use your help to make BookEnds Brentwood Community BookDrive a great success.
As a great supporter of BookEnds, please alert your friends and neighbors to donate their children's books at the collection bins at local retailers. If they don't have books to donate, encourage them to donate  here!
We turn every $1 donation into $5 worth of books.
Then come out with your friends and neighbors and help and celebrate with us on Sunday May 20th from 10 to 2 at the corner of Montana and San Vicente. Drop by with some books, come help sort books or just stop by and say hello - we'd love to meet you! ------------------------------
BookEnds student volunteers organize book drives in their schools to recycle their quality children's books directly into the hands of kids in schools and youth organizations in desperate need of books. Through this process, BookEnds creates readers and leaders.
