Greetings!

As 2011 comes to a close, we at AAPIA want to extend our gratitude and thanks to all members and public adjusters who have visited our site this past year and who have supported our association in 2011.

We appreciate the many positive comments and emails telling us how much you have enjoyed our web site and email notifications.  In 2012 we plan to step it up if that is even possible with more informative "live radio programs" and "interactive training modules".  Stay tuned for on-line Continuing Education Classes and so much more.

In addition to our educational programs, we will be ever present monitoring each day legislation and regulations as they are announced in various states.

The coming year 2012 presents numerous challenges in multiple state houses and AAPIA is ready to address proposed laws and regulations by offering our expert legal analysis and legislative amendments to insure the rights of all public adjusters are upheld in accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Model Act.  AAPIA will also be in attendance at all three NAIC conference meeting with insurance commissioners and regulators addressing the "Value of Public Adjusters" and how valuable they are to  policyholders!

So let me conclude by saying we are committed to working harder for you in 2012 and I am pleased to announce that our safety manual is now finished, it was a challenge to complete this Safety Manual by end of 2011 but I am so proud to say, "we did it" and the Safety in The Field for Public Adjusters" is now a manual you will be proud to have in your office.
Best in life,
