 This program will offer an insight into the Florida Legislation Session that ended May 6th, 2011.
Mr. Sean Shaw, Esquire The Merlin Law Group and previous Florida's former Insurance Advocate with the Department of Financial Services Department will discuss all of the recent property insurance legislative bills that passed and failed in this legislative session.
If you have questions this show will give you the up to date recap of what passed and what failed in 2011.
Mr. Sean Shaw worked tirelessly on behalf of all property owners in this legislative session to bring to light the anti-consumer legislation by forming a state wide coalition that worked together since January 4, 2011 educating the homeowner and legislators on the anti-consumer nature of all legislation in Florida.
