Fresh Halibut Steak, grilled with green beans and roasted potatoes.
Breaded Bone-in Frenched Pork Chop topped with arugula, herbed goat cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Wild Boar Osso Buco with reduced red wine sauce, creamy polenta and asparagus.
100% Organic sweet potatoe gnocchi with balsamic cherry tomato cream sauce.
Caprese Salad - tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil.

Cooking school is totally hands on. None of this standing around watching the Chef. You completely participate, cooking for approx. 2 hours and dining the last hour with
Chef Francesco.
