Special Preview Night - Call for Auction Items! |
Auction Donations Required! This evening offers boaters a unique opportunity to preview the show without the crowds and to support our charities while bidding on silent and live aution items. What a great way to increase the exposure of your business by donating an item for the auction. The donations that offer the buyer something out of the ordinary and on the higher end are usually the ones chosen for the live auction. Big or small we do appreciate any and all donations! All of the funds generated are donated to support the Toronto Star Fresh Air Fund, Ontario Sailing Access BOOM program and Canada's Boating Olympic Athletes. This is an opportunity to promote your business and your products - don't miss out and support the event through product donations. Click here for the Auction Donation form |

Remove Your Leftover Materials & Avoid Extra Charges! |
Last year there was a significant amount of materials left behind after move-in & out. Materials such as rolls of carpet, wood, skids. A very notable increase which resulted in much larger costs for garbage removal that the show must pay.
We do not want to move towards charging individual exhibitors for garbage removal however, the Direct Energy Centre is reporting on who leaves access behind. Please assist us in helping to control our costs so that we do not have to pass them on to you.
We encourage you to load your trucks with these unused materials and not leave them for the building to dispose of and the show to pay for. Thank you. |
