The Exhibitor Kit is now available online at the Vancouver Boat Show website.
This is a highly valuable tool and resource which provides information regarding general information, rules and regulations, show hotels, show suppliers, move in & move out and many other items that will make your planning and participation efficient and effective.
Please note that the BC Place Services forms for items such as power, internet etc are expected to posted next week as the facility has yet to provide them.

Manufacturer's Showcase Feature And
Product Demonstration Sign Up | |

The 2012 Vancouver International Boat Show debuts an all-new area dedicated specifically to the manufacturers of marine related products.
The Manufacturer's Showcase is designed to connect attendees with some of the most recognized brands in the industry, with highly knowledgeable representatives who bring their expertise and information to the show.
If you are a manufacturer exhibiting at the Vancouver Boat Show, take advantage of the Manufacturer's Showcase Demonstration area and share your products' feature and benefits with attendees.

Presentations will be scheduled every 30 minutes at Booth #412, one hour and thirty minutes after the show opens each day.
To secure a time on the demonstration stage, you need to email your product and description to Show Manager Eric Nicholl at enicholl@canadianboatshows.com who will add you to the daily schedule.

The Vancouver International Boat Show is Western Canada's premier event for debuting new boat and boat-related products; the New Product Showcase continues to garner strong support and interest.
If you are an exhibitor in the 2012 show and have a product or service that is new and innovative, don't delay in submitting your form to take advantage of this FREE exposure and publicity.

With today's consumers doing more on-line research prior to attending events, having your new product or service listed in the New Product Showcase on the Vancouver Boat Show website is a great way to increase your potential exposure pre and post event.

The Vancouver International Boat Show will feature a "virtual showroom" on it's website.
If you are a dealer or manufacturer displaying boats at the show, then take advantage of this opportunity to generate interest in your boats before, during and after the show!

High Visibility Vests & Steel-toed Boots
Required At BC Place | |

In accordance with WorkSafeBC Occupational health & Safety Regulations, if you are an exhibitor at BC Place, all move-in staff are required to wear High Visibility Vests during move-in/out hours.
Anyone moving freight must also wear Steel-toed Boots and High Visibility Vests

Vancouver Sun and Province Features -
Expect A Call | |
As per the past few years, the Vancouver Sun and Province have provided the Boat Show with a 'Features' section in their respective papers in advance of the event at BC Place and Granville Island.

This year, The Provnice's Feature will be themed around 'Smart Boating', everything you need to know to get started and how to get involved in the boating scene.

The Vancouver Sun's Feature will focus more on the latest trends, including the luxury segment of the market.
Please expect a call from a represenative from Glacier Media (Ellyn Schriber) and PNG (Tom Burgess) in the coming weeks inviting you to particpate with ad support. (Special BCMTA member rates are available.)
