Special Preview Night - Auction Items Needed! | 
This evening offers boaters a unique opportunity to preview the show without the crowds and to support our charities while bidding on silent and live aution items. What a great way to incresase the exposure of your business by donating an item for the auction. The donations that offer the buyer something out of the ordinary and on the higher end are usually the ones chosen for the live auction. Big or small we do appreciate any and all donations! All of the funds generated are donated to the charity partners, so we strongly encourage all exhibitors to support the event through product donations. Click here for the Auction Donation form |

Special Preview Night - Friday, January 13th (4 - 9 pm)
Exhibitors and marine trade are eligible to purchase half price Special Preview Night tickets at $50 each.
The ticket includes; food and 3 drink tickets (beer & wine), over 100 silent and live auction items to bid on and live entertainment.

Purchased at a discount rate of just $7.50 plus HST per ticket, Exhibitor Guest Tickets make a great holiday gift - and show of appreciation - for existing clients and/or future boaters.
Tickets are barcoded, and redeemed tickets scanned, so you are billed only for those turned in at the gate!

Gift Bags Contributions for Buy A Boat & Win! | 
The Buy A Boat & Win program presents an additional tool to close the sale, and added incentive for the consumer to buy at the show, the "Buy A Boat & Win" program sponsored by Skippers' Plan, Robertson and Robertson Yacht Insurance Ltd., makes each person who buys a boat (large or small) at the show eligible to win $10,000 towards their boat purchase.
Each new boat owner also receives a FREE gift bag filled with items with company logos, samples and product. The program requires 1,000 items from any company interested in contributing to the gift bag. Exhibitors interested in participating in providing an item for the gift bag should contact Cynthia Hare (905) 951-4054.
New this year: The entry ballot will be revised to encourage those to enter to win or to complete the ballot without providing personal information, only a record of the boat sold. Due to the absence of "boats sold" statistics in Canada the show committee has provided direction that it is the intent this year to gather more accurate boat sales at the show. This information will be shared with the exhibitors.
The primary goals of the program are i) to promote the retail environment of the show to consumers and ii) to have publicity information for business stories that help gain more positive exposure for the industry. |
