2012 Vancouver Boat Show - Newsletter #6

We are currently working through the event services needs and are waiting for BC Place to provide us the order forms for building services such as electrical, internet etc.

It's anticipated that these forms will be available in early January; once this information is available, the full Exhibitor Kit will be readily accessible online. Should the information become available sooner, we will make an announcement.

The Vancouver International Boat Show Exhibitor Kit is a valuable resource and we understand its importance to all show participants.

We are close to finalizing the layout of the main floor.

The main floor layout is a more time consuming process based on the differences in each exhibitor's space size requirements and product size, seniority, logistics and other factors.  

We have started contacting main floor exhibitors with space allocations; if you are an exhibitor who has yet to be contacted, we will reach out to you this week to confirm your space. 

We appreciate your patience as we work through the new layout.

With the allocation of BC Place nearing completion, we will begin working on the In-Water layout immediately afterwards.

Our goal is to begin reaching out to the In-Water exhibitors during the week of December 26th.

The 2012 Vancouver International Boat Show's Show Guide is being produced by Kerrwil Publications / Canadian Yachting West.

An ad in the official Show Guide allows you to promote your company's products or services during and long after the 2012 show.

Mark Collett, the publisher of Canadian Yachting West, has been reaching out to this year's exhibitors already.

The Show Guide ad deadline is Friday January 6th, 2012 

Please take the time to complete your Show Guide listing form. (Click HERE to download).

For Exhibitors who have previously recevied the form via email and sent it in already, there is no need to re-send.

We have made changes to the listings from prior years with the goal of making it easier for consumers to navigate their way around the show and find exactly what they are looking for. 

We'd like to ensure your company appears to the consumer as you'd like.  Note:  Categories should be checked for products that you will be exhibiting AT the show.

Due to printing deadlines for the Show Guide, late submissions will not appear in the printed Show Guide.  Late submissions will appear on the Website Listing of exhibitors.
