The Exhibitor Kit is now available online and contains everything exhibitors need to ensure a successful 2012 show. Important deadlines, information and documents to note in the 2012 Exhibitor Kit (all due November 21st): Such a valuable resource, the Exhibitor Kit assists in making move- in/move-out a smooth, simple process and a positive experience. Please ensure you read all of the guidelines outlined in the health and safety document, and come equipped with the proper safety attire as specified. Order at the discount rate by Friday, December 23rd, and SAVE on services! Show Guide and Website Listing | |
 We have made some changes to the listings as well as updated our product categories. These changes were made with the consumer in mind and the goal of making it easier for them to navigate their way around the show and find exactly what they are lookng for.
Note that the directory listing form is NEW this year. You will have been emailed the new form by now and we encourage you to take the time to complete your form and make sure that categories are checked for products that you will be exhibiting AT the show.
We want to ensure your company appears to the consumer as you would like it. All forms should be returned by November 21st, 2011.

New! Online Boat Listing- Virtual Showroom | 
The Toronto and Vancouver boat Show will feature a "virtual showroom" on their respective websites. If you are a dealer or manufacturer displaying boats at the shows then take advantage of this opportunity to generate interest in your boats before, during and after the show! The Great Canadian Fish Tank is back by popular demand and remains as a key feature for anglers of all ages. | Beware of Fraudulent Solicitations! | |
Fraudulent calls and letters are still being sent to exhibitors with misleading information, most recently Fair Guide The Exhibitors Directory Guide. These parties claim to represent the Toronto Boat Show (re show directory advertising, hotel reservations), we ask that you remain cautious about entering into agreements or contracts, or releasing personal information - particularly credit card information - to any callers claiming to represent the Toronto Boat Show.
Please feel free to contact our office at any time to confirm if a caller is an official show supplier or to report suspicious calls.
