Renewal space contracts for the 2012 show have been sent out to exhibitors who had space in the Vancouver Convention Centre for the 2011 show.

Renewal contracts reflect the same square footage you occupied at the 2011 show. Please note that a space number has not be assigned due to a different venue and floorplan.

If you have misplaced your renewal contract, did not receive it or have any questions, please contact Show Manager Eric Nicholl at (604) 882-8024 or email enicholl@canadianboatshows.com.

Please note that the due date for returned contracts and deposits is today, October 21st!  If you haven't sent 
your contract and deposit, please ensure it arrives next week in order to ensure your company is included in the space allocation process.

The demand for space is high and we want to do our best to make this year's show a great success for all exhibitors. 

With the renovations of BC Place complete, we are working on a new layout based on changes to the venue.

It's anticipated that this will be available in the last week of October and exhibitor space allocation for the 2012 show will begin the first week of November.

Please note that exhibitor space allocation will only apply to those who have returned their signed renewal contract and issued their deposit. 

Building off the success of last year's Get Together, we will be hosting a venue walk through of the newly renovated BC Place in November; the exact date will be announced in next week's newsletter.

The Get Together will serve as an opportunity to tour the new building and answer any questions you may have about the show's return to BC Place in 2012.

Once again the show will have an In-Water venue for boats to be displayed.

The In-Water venue will either remain at False Creek Yacht Club or possibly relocate to Granville Island. 

We are currently working through the details of this very important show component and expect to have more information to release very soon.

We'd like to thank the In-Water exhibitors for their input related to the venues in the recent months. We apreciate your support and patience as we finalize plans.

It has come to our attention that an agency not affiliated with the Vancouver Boat Show is contacting exhibitors regarding hotel reservations.

We strongly recomend that you do not return their phone calls or provide them with any of your personal information as they are not authorized suppliers to the show.

The official show hotels will be announced in a future newsletter and as in past years, you will contact them to make reservations; hotel representatives will NOT be calling you.

Please feel free to contact our office at any time to confirm if a caller is an official show supplier or to report suspicious calls.
