New Boat Listing Service for Toronto & Vancouver Shows! |
Canadian Boat Shows announces that Boatdealers.ca will partner with the Toronto and Vancouver Shows to provide an online boat-listing showroom of boats on display at the show. "We've seen significant growth in the number of consumers pre-planning their show visits, combined with an extended post-show decision process. They want information about specific boat models on display, and this feature will offer considerable value before, during and after the show. With more than 200,000 visits to the Toronto and Vancouver websites each year, we're thrilled to be expanding in this direction by delivering a tool that will help exhibitors sell more product," said Linda Waddell, Show Director. More detailed information will follow to assist with getting exhibitors boats posted to the website. For more details click here for the full release. |

Positive Vibe Heading Into 2012 Show! |
Many dealers report having a very good summer with better than expected sales. This positive outlook remains as we head into the 54th Toronto International Boat Show. The demand for exhibit space continues to be very strong, and 2012 space sales are tracking higher than last year! Marketing strategies for pre-show and onsite promotions are also well underway. Messaging remains consistent and strong to attract qualified buyers with the focus that the time to buy is at the show The Best Place to See Boats and the Best Place to Buy Them! |
|
Popular Features Expanding! |
The Lake returns to the Boat Show as one of the most popular and powerful draws for consumers and the media. The programming for the The Lake is well underway, offering free boat rides, wakeboard shows, instruction and board time! Duma the waterskiing dog along with Dusty Miller's boat handling demos return with a splash! New additions to The Lake are currently being considered, if you have an idea and wish to participate contact Cynthia Hare at chare@canadianboatshows.com. Over 100 seminars are held throughout the show, and for 2012 the schedule and topics will be expanded. The seminar program has grown to a level of popularity that it's the right time to grow again and deliver excellent value. An additional seminar stage location will be added adjacent to the existing presentation theatre, in Salon 107. These compelling speakers and their stories offer great opportunities for increased media attention, thereby increasing the profile of the Show as well as potential attendance. |
