We are pleased to announce that Eric Nicholl has been hired as the local Show Manager for the Vancouver International Boat Show.

Eric has a very strong event background and is a boater!   Most recently he was the Director of PR & Marketing with M-1 Global, producer of major martial arts events around the world.  As well,  National Event Sales and Operations Manager for Best Buy / Future Shop events in Canada. 

Eric lives in Langley, BC and will work from his home based office there.  He is expected to be a strong compliment to the existing Canadian Boat Shows team working on the Vancouver Boat Show.

The Vancouver Boat Show returns to the newly renovated BC Place February 8 - 12, 2012. Preparations are well underway for a very successful show.

Renewal contracts will be sent out by email the beginning of September. 

Your renewal contract will reflect the same square footage you occupied at the 2011 show.  Please note that a space number will not be assigned due to a different venue and floorplan than the previous year when the show was at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Additional information on space layout, the renewal process and new exciting features will be sent to you in September!

2012 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Vancouver Boat Show and we are developing a plan to deliver the Best Show in its history. 

Returning to the beautifully renovated new BC Place allows for some exciting changes and improvements to the event.

We will be hosting an exhibitor Get-Together at the new BC Place and expect this meeting to take place in October.  The exact date will be announced in the upcoming newsletters.

The Get-Together will serve as an opportunity to tour the new building and answer your questions.

We heard feedback from many exhibitors that attended last year's Get-Together at the Vancouver Convention Centre and they felt it to be invaluable as they prepared and planned to exhibit at the 2012 show.

Once again the show will have an in-water venue for boats to be displayed.
