2012 Show Plans Well Underway to Assist with Increasing Your Sales & Leads!

We recognize and understand that your participation in the Boat Show is all about maximizing the return on  investment with goals to increase sales and have leads turn to sales long after the show has closed it's doors.

There is no better way to reach over 70,000 potential customers than to exhibit at the Toronto Boat Show.  The show team is committed to delivering a qualified buying audience and creating an exceptional retail environment.  We have plans to better the customer's experience by improving the experiential and interactive environment all with the effort to increase your sales!

The unusually cool and wet spring has kept boaters inside, but the summer forecast is hot and dry, perfect for boating! 

We are excited about the show ahead and look forward to working together with you in the upcoming months.

Reminder - Space Renewal Deadline is now July 15th

Renewal contracts were sent electronically the first week of June so please check your inbox.  Each year 80% of the exhibit space renews within the first 30 days, so don't delay! 

The deadline for all renewal contracts and deposits was originally July 5th.  As a result of the recent Canada Post mail strike we have extended the renewal deadline to July 15, 2011.

After the July 15th deadline, we will begin offering non-renewed spaces to exhibitors who have sent in their deposits, according to the allocation procedures. 

Reminder that cheques are to be made payable to Canadian Boat Shows and together with the contract are to be mailed to our office:

Mark Your Calendars the Special Preview Night returns to the Boat Show on Friday, January 13, 2012.   

An opportunity for your VIP customers to visit the show without the heavy crowds and walk the show floor while enjoying food and drink in an atmosphere just right for buying!

The details of this evening will be communicated over the next few months.

The Exhibitor Newsletter continues to be our primary method of communication for important show information.  Exhibitor Newsletters are produced to help you prepare for a successful show and are also posted to the website for your convenience.

It has been brought to our attention that faudulent calls and letters are still being sent to exhibitors.  Most recently Fair Guide The Exhibitors Directory Guide.  These parties claim to represent the Toronto Boat Show (re show directory advertising, hotel reservations), we ask that you remain cautious about entering into agreements or contracts, or releasing personal information - particularly credit card information - to any callers claiming to represent the Toronto Boat Show.

Please feel free to contact our office at any time to confirm if a caller is an official show supplier or to report suspicious calls.
