Quick Tip

Take a moment to inspect parking lots while the weather is warm and dry. This is a great time of year to locate and perform any type of storm, sewer, or water line repairs. The longer these issues exist the more costly the repair.

Water Spots in Parking Lots?

If you have noticed any wet spots and/or water settling in your parking lots these are probably caused by water under the pavement. In many instances installing a french drain to move the water to avoid further damage is a fairly easy and quick fix.

EROSION CONTROL MAINTENANCE

As Certified Erosion Control and BMP Inspectors our crews are trained to identify existing and future erosion control issues. Let our team work with you to:

Properly monitor and repair silt fences.
Monitor and repair areas that need stabilization (seed and straw).
Clean out forebays of ponds.
Mitigate breaks in erosion control measures and remove sediment that gets offsite by reparing/replacing vegetation.

Lack of pond maintenance causes sediment buildup on storm systems. In this instance the buildup caused flooding at the inlet and led to property damage.

4TH ANNUAL GOLF INVITATIONAL September 28th

Davis Construction is hosting its 4th Annual Golf tournament September 28 at Waterford Golf Club. Please join us for a day of golf and comradery.
