Jim's Special BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Start with 5 - 6lbs. of baby back pork ribs. Place the ribs in a large kettle covered in water with 2 tsp. minced onion and
2 tsp. minced garlic. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove ribs from the pot and cut into individual ribs. Transfer to grill or smoker and lightly brown on all sides. Place the ribs in a shallow baking pan.
When cool, sprinkle with ¼ cup BBQ seasoning and 1 cup balsamic vinegar.Refrigerate and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Pour 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs, cover with foil and bake for 4 hours at 250 degrees.
Serve and enjoy! Click here to print recipe

Jim's favorite BBQ tool is the Thermapen.
'Cause you want your BBQ cooked, but not overcooked!

New Arrivals!
In February we welcomed our first grandchild, Ella Elizabeth, into our hearts! She is a delight and we are thrilled to see her growing by leaps & bounds daily. She's pictured here with Kathleen and our daughter, her Mom, Julie. In May, we welcomed more "babies"...baby green seedlings, that is! Village Roaster is now growing the Tower Garden by Juice Plus+. Tower Garden is a state-of-the-art vertical aeroponic growing system. Stop by and check out how to grow produce in less space, with 10% of the water typically needed for gardens, with produce growing faster...
