Greetings!

It's been roasting in Colorado this month, and we're not talking about our coffee! To help you through any heatwave you're experiencing, we've got some wonderful recipes for both iced coffee and iced tea  - click here.

The blend that we recommend for our iced coffee drink, "Midnight Sun Cooler", is one of our classic coffee blends:   Scandinavian blend.  It's sold in both regular and decaffeinated blends.  This coffee has a medium smoky flavor and is a blend of light and dark beans.  It's available all year 'round...and if you're wondering, no, they don't grow coffee in Scandinavia!

For the iced tea drink, we heartily recommend our Cinnamon Orange Tea.  This is a naturally sweet tea, which also makes it a perfect choice for diabetics.  It's flavored with cinnamon and orange oils and is available in both regular and decaffeinated.

Warm regards,

Jeff Curtis

Dad, part 2

Last month, we gave you some ideas for Father's Day, 6/20/10.  Here's your reminder that Dad's special day is just around the corner.  How 'bout signing Dad up for our coffee of the month club

Invited to a wedding?

We've got gifts!

trayGive a gift that's practical as well as beautiful - serving trays.  We have a beautiful selection of serving trays. in a variety of designs and sizes.

Another idea is a coffee carafe and we carry several different types.  The carafe pictured here
Bodum Columbia
bodum
is the Bodum Columbia. It is a French Press and the double-wall of stainless steel adds thermal properties to keep your coffee or tea hot for a longer period of time!

Lastly, if you can't make up your mind, why not give a gift card that the new couple can use for spices, for coffee grinders, for tea sets and platters...the list is endless!  Please check-out our website, click here.

What spices do we recommend for fish?

Many of you have been asking about what spices work fishwell with fish, so we thought we'd answer your questions here.  Our favorite fish spices include:  meat rub, Cottage Cheese seasoning, Herbs de Provence (the French claim you can use this one on everything!) and Spicy Lemon Pepper.  Bon appetit!
