Many of you are coffee connoisseurs and we continually strive to bring you the best coffee available.
One of the highest rated coffees today happens to be our Tanzanian coffee. This is such a unique coffee that we are showcasing it for June. Most of the Tanzanian coffee, is grown on Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru. The Tanzania coffee character belongs to the Central/East African family of washed (wet-processed) coffees, bright (acidic), and is aggressively flavorful. Good Tanzania coffee will have strong and bright flavor.  And speaking of Africa you might be interested in some of the early origins of coffee...one of the earliest recorded discoveries of coffee date back to the 3rd century in Ethiopia when a goat herder named Kaldi noticed his goats eating "the red cherries" off a plant. Fearing that the goats would become ill he kept a close vigil watching to see if the goats would demonstrate the typical lethargic poison reaction...read on

Customers clamor for our sauces!
Did  someone say barbecue?Well... we have the very best Roaster Red Sauce imaginable. It is our very own Village Roaster recipe that keeps our barbecue aficionados coming back for more. One of our long-time customers, Alan Neff, has been using this sauce for years and gives it a big thumbs up!
Another option is our BBQ seasoning, which can be used as a rub applied directly on meat or is also excellent on salmon. And to ensure perfect results every time, use the Thermoworks thermometer.
