Support the Land Trust at the Honey Dinner!
|
The "piece de resistance" of the Arizona Honey Festival is the Charity Dinner on Saturday, September 29, celebrating the conservation and land preservation efforts of the Deser t Foothills Land Trust.
This dinner will feature the culinary artistry of visiting chefs from Waldorf=Astoria Hotels & Resorts, while including applications of Arizona honey in the four course dinner. Paired with handpicked wines introduced by Chris Benziger, of Benziger Family Wines, Sonoma, CA, this evening promises to be the season opener to what we have to offer in the NE Valley - great events with fabulous food and terrific wines.
In addition, the evening will feature a live auction of stays and getaways to 15 destinations of the world's celebrated Waldorf=Astoria Hotels & Resorts. From Arizona to New York, Boca to London and Rome to Shanghai you can string a trip around the world staying in accommodations fit for a king, indulge in some of the the most spectacular spas and tee it up in La Quinta, Orlando, Naples and of course right here at the Boulders. Dine at Uliveto in Rome, Balsan in Chicago, Slopes in Park City, Frank & Alberts at the Arizona Biltmore or savor the best Sunday Brunch in the Big Apple at the Waldorf Astoria's Peacock Alley in New York.
100% of the proceeds will benefit Desert Foothills Land Trust, so join us for an evening that promises to be all the buzz, featuring great food and wine, and pick up next summer's getaway at a special value. For a preview of the fantastic menu, you can see Chef Michel Pieton on Fox Channel 10 earlier this week!
There will be a reception at 6:30 pm, followed by the dinner at 7:15. Price: $125.00 per person inclusive. Call The Boulders at 480-488-7317 to make your reservation.
