SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

 
 
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING!
Semi-private training is a cost effective way to reap the benefits of personal training. Designed for groups of three to five people, this training is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. 
 
 Individual assessments will be taken every 6 weeks. The assessment includes bodyfat analysis, nutritional guidance and an outline for your workouts when not working with a trainer.
 
 All workouts take place in a reserved room that will be closed to other gym members.  Workouts included use of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and other equipment exclusive to our personal training clients.

FOAM ROLLING
 
A foam roll, or foam roller, is a useful training tool to use as part of your recovery or regeneration plan.

Foam rolling uses deep compression to help roll out muscle adhesions, or knots, that develop over time.

Sometimes stretching is not what you need. By working out the muscle adhesions, which often arise from inactivity or repetitive activity, you'll be able to restore the muscle to its original length, thus making it more pliable and functional.

The foam roll is suitable for all major muscle groups including quadriceps, hamstrings, back, abs and calves.
Foam rolling is similar to massage therapy. The compression allows the nerves to relax which in turn loosens the muscle fibers, increases blood flow, rid the muscle bellies of toxins and helps the body to recover.
 
In short, foam rolling can help alleviate soreness and make the muscles feel better.
