SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING |

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING!
Semi-private training is a cost effective way to reap the benefits of personal training. Designed for groups of three to five people, this training is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
Individual assessments will be taken every 6 weeks. The assessment includes bodyfat analysis, nutritional guidance and an outline for your workouts when not working with a trainer.
All workouts take place in a reserved room that will be closed to other gym members. Workouts included use of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and other equipment exclusive to our personal training clients.
SCHEDULE
Monday & Wednesday: 6am, 8:30am, 12pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 8am,4:15pm
Saturday: 8am, 10:30am
PRICING
$15 per 1-hour session

$99/month for 2 1-hour sessions per week
