Mondays, 7:00pm - Power Flow Yoga - 90 minute class This class is a challenging physical practice integrating breath and body movement while paying attention to pose function and correct alignment. The vigorous flow includes inversions, back bends, standing & arm balances.

Reduce your workout time and burn more calories by introducing intervals into your cardio workout.
Reduce greenhouse gases by walking to the gym as your preworkout warmup rather than driving.
REUSE
Reuse your worn out gym shoes as outdoor shoes during the winter months to get to and from the gym while keeping your inside shoes clean and salt-free.
Reuse the same sanitized paper towel for all of your post workout equipment wipe down rather than a new one for each machine. The sanitizer keeps the germs at bay for several uses.
RECYCLE
Recycle your water bottles by placing them in our recycling bin located at the front desk by the cash register. It is marked with the recycle symbol.
