March is an exciting month for the Studio. We've got Johnny Gillespie coming in just two weeks. His knowledge and inspiration will take your practice to a new level. This comes at the perfect time for a New Beginning, at the start of Spring. Spots are filling up so sign up now to take advantage of this opportunity.

| New Beginnings |
Here at Laughing Buddha, we are ready for springtime's warm weather and sunshine!! In the coming weeks take notice of the increase in life and movement all around you. The birds are singing, the bees are buzzing, and our world is itching to expand again after our longer-and-colder-than-usual winter.
This increase in movement and energy gives us inspiration to start new projects, revisit old ideas, and set new goals for our self growth. So take advantage of this Burst of Life! Maybe pick up your paintbrushes, take out the sewing machine, and start a new creation--or finish an old one! Creative expression will help channel this increase in life through you in a healthy and nourishing way. |

Johnny has spent the last 15 years fusing western science with the eastern approach of Hatha Yoga. His studies have included Bikram, Ashtanga, and Anusara and have led him to teach a yoga practice that incorporates mindfulness and therapeutic movement principles.

It builds strong and steady muscles at the body's core. It also fosters a satisfying sense of vigor and warmth, and offers a healthy dose of vitality that can propel us through our day with steadiness and ease. When practiced with gusto, Paripurna Navasana can be one of the most empowering postures in yoga.
