Sombrero Time Children Smiling

Spanish 3

This week and next week the students will continue to work on building a summer story for the calendar project.  The students are making you a 2010 calendar!  Each month will have part of a seasonal story that we have been working on in January and February.  For the summer months, we are creating a story about vacationing. We will have them ready when we send out the next progress report at the end of February.  We have been reading a story for each season, which they learn to retell, personalize and change, and then present it to each other.  We are also working on conjugating verbs in the present tense and have started to explore first person singular in the past.  Each week the students learn a small poem following the alphabet animals.
