And in the latest story to emerge involving plastic pallet rental company iGPS, a new civil suit has been initiated by Factory Mutual for trademark infringement related to sweeping iGPS assertions of FM certification of iGPS pallets. Read more here. iGPS has issued a letter to customers in response to the legal action, in essence disputing the magnitude of the misunderstanding, arguing that the amount of pallets involved is minimal.
