Mr. Hansen is President and founder of STRATEGIC INTEGRATION, INC. a consultancy specializing in executive consulting, business acumen training and financial literacy efforts. Mr. Hansen has served in both private and public sector organizations in various capacities in the fields of strategy, operations, finance and audit/control. He is a former Senior Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, has served on its Management Committee as well as other Federal Reserve System committees. He has 35+ years of managerial experience.

He teaches in the Continuing Education program at the University of North Florida and Mr. Hansen is an Executive in Residence at Jacksonville University as well as adjunct faculty at Brenau University. He has served as a Director of several organizations and Chaired Junior Achievement of Southeast Michigan. Mr. Hansen has authored a number of articles for professional journals.

Mr. Hansen has a BS in Psychology and MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. He has also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

 The Employ Florida Financial & Professional Services Banner Center is providing free training for a few more individuals that will prepare them to test and receive their 2-15 insurance license. Sales training is then continued for these individuals to receive their Healthcare Insurance Sales Certification. This will prepare them to work for a top insurance company in Florida.
