As we wrap up 2010 we want to share a few words from our hearts (see below) and send warm blessings to you and your family and friends during this holiday season.

WHATS NEW? After considering many requests to help with weight loss I am happy to announce that I will offer and assist you with the HCG diet. I have written the protocols for what I believe is a safer program that most people will be able to tolerate. Many people are using this intervention to  'kick start' or 'break through' a plateau; however, this is only a tool and the overall goal will always be to transition you to a healthier way of eating after the program.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? This is not usually covered by insurance  therefore the program will be a cash service. Unfortunately many options that could help with weight loss are commonly not covered by insurance ie: gym memberships, home exercise equipment and meal replacements/supplements but certain expenses may be reimbursable under your Health Care Spending Account (please consult your individual plan).

I will offer 2 program options:

23-day (for those with less than 25 pounds to lose) $350
40-day (for those who need to lose 25 pounds or more) $550

This fee will include an extensive visit with me in which I will provide you with detailed instructions and tips for success (generally a 1 hour appointment), the sublingual drops, bi-weekly body composition testing (to ensure you are losing fat not muscle) and weekly taped measurements.

If you have any problems with the program I will be available and usually those visits are covered by your insurance. I want you to be successful and I am here for you to help you work any difficulties.
