Candidate Profile 

 

  • 15 years HR experience as a strategic developer or leader of HR - reporting to the senior management team.
  • Practitioner level experience managing HR policy & procedures, leading employee relations, performance evaluations, and training and development functions.
  • Depth and breath of experience in managing compensation tasks to include  market pricing of positions, and salary benchmarking at the department and industry levels.
  • Experience leading and administering health and welfare benefits plan for more than 5,000 employees - domestically and internationally. 
  • Diverse experience working for Government Contracting, Non Profit, and High Tech organizations.
  • Candidate has a Master's Degree from a leading institution.
  • Candidate is SPHR certified
