With so many people still out of work, there's no shortage of forecasts of when the employment market will rebound. To weigh in on the employment discussion, CEO Milton Hall, took a clear message to the airways on FM Radio station - WAVA, "Afternoon's with Dr. David Anderson". The message was, "all indications are that the employment market is rebounding" - noted Milt Hall.
 
There are a number of measures that identify when the employment market is rebounding. First, job posting from talent-seeking employers are up. Second, higher than normal job postings are for growth sector positions - such as Sales, Marketing, Information Technology - largely software developer and programming positions. These are clear indications that employers are preparing to re-engage candidates and fill long standing vacancies. Even more compelling evidence was released last week by the Department of Labor - more than 290,000 jobs were added to the payrolls during April 2010.
 
In order to grow the economy employers must invest in new technologies, increase organizational skill levels and produce best in quality goods and services. "If you are considering adding new workers, don't wait until other employers have hired all of the premium talent", CEO Hall told the listening employer community.
