Garden Tour Featuring the New Floral Border- Every Saturday & Sunday Through August 29
Join us at 12:30 pm every Saturday and Sunday in August for a Garden Tour featuring our new Floral Border!  Meet in the Lobby of the Visitor & Administration Building and check-in at the Front Desk to be added to the list. Please note that tours are given on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 25 visitors.  August tours are made possible by Astoria Federal Savings.
Looking for a beautiful location for your wedding, special event or business meeting?
QBG has gorgeous outdoor spaces, including the Wedding and Rose Gardens, which are perfect for your upcoming wedding or event.  Our unique indoor spaces can accomodate groups large and small in a location surrounded by tranquil beauty.  For more information click or call 718.886.3800 ext. 201.
Farmers Market Has Returned - Fridays @ 8:30 AM
Did you miss the first Friday?  Our farmer friends have some wonderful produce and other items including some delicious nut butters from Tierra Farms.  The Farmers Market is located on Dahlia Avenue just off of Main Street.
Members Only Evening - Thursday, August 12th from 6:00-9:00PM
Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy the cool of the evening at the Garden.  Please RSVP by August 10 to Annette Fanara at afanara@queensbotanical.org or 718-886-3800, ext. 202.

Bird Walk - Saturday, August 14th @ 10:30AM                                                                         Join us on a walk to look for summer bird residents.  Meet in the Visitor & Administration Center.  Bring binoculars and field guides.

The Queens Botanical Garden is located on property owned in full by the City of New York, and its operation is made possible in part by public funds provided through the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.  The New York City Council and The New York State Office of DCA LogoParks, Recreation and Historic Preservation provide a portion of the Garden's general operating funds.  The Queens Borough President and Queens elected representatives in the City Council and State Legislature provide leadership funding.  Corporations, foundations and individuals provide additional support.
