Here's the quick update:

1. Did you know, the Breckenridge real estate market continues to recover? The number of residential sales is up more than 40% over last year at this time! Details.

2. The Breckenridge Town Party is Friday, June 18th, from 4pm to 9pm! Details.

3. The Frisco BBQ Challenge is Friday 6/18 to Saturday 6/19! Sooooooo much good food. Plus, piggie races, music, and more! Details.

4. Kingdom Days in Breckenridge - a weekend of fun, Saturday and Sunday, June 19-20. Check out the video (including gun fights and the Outhouse Race!) Event details.

5. Open House Saturday, June 19, 11am to 3pm -- Come visit me at 270 Gold Flake Court in Breckenridge, where I'll be holding an open house for the public, at The Castle of Breckenridge. Just remodeled, and only $3,100,000 for the absolute best ski area views in town! Look for the directional sign on Wellington Road. Adjacent to the Carter Park hill.
