Pure, clean compressed air is used for the new laser inscription machines at Chopard, which mark every finished piece of jewelry with a hallmark, the Chopard script logo, and a serial number. The marks, which are often so small they can only be seen with a magnifying glass, make the item permanently documentable and traceable.
