Purchasing plastic bottles from out-of-state manufacturers and paying freight was becoming increasingly expensive and problematic, so Essence decided to invest in blow-molding machinery and make their bottles on-site.

Routing compressed air through a refrigeration system prior to treating it with a desiccant dryer significantly reduces the cost to produce a -40°F dew point.
