How To Nominate A CPC Staff Member
CPC Staff Recognition acknowledges the outstanding performance of individuals who have contributed to the vision and mission of CPC.
Eligibility
All regular part-time and regular full-time employees (after completing of initial probation period) are eligible.
Nomination Categories
- Leadership Award
- Spirit of Advocacy Award
- Dedicated Service Award
- Outstanding Supervisor Award
- Outstanding Staff Award (from each Division)
Any CPC staff member may submit nominations. There can be more than one nomination per category.
Deadlines
All nominations must be submitted by May 29, 2009 to the Central Office, attention Mabel Long.
Forms Hard copies of the nomination forms are available at the Central Office.
